Renew your home, live better

Renovation is key to transforming homes into healthy and efficient spaces. Beyond improving energy efficiency, it follows Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) standards and prioritizes comfort and air quality. At Siber, we offer advanced ventilation to remove humidity, pollutants, and improve energy efficiency, creating sustainable and healthy homes.

What is a Double Flow system?

What does home renovation involve?

Far beyond the commitment to energy efficiency, renovation follows all the standards of the upcoming Nearly Zero Energy Buildings and sustainable homes, but places health and comfort of people as the top priority.

A model full of advantages, most notably the ability to achieve up to 90% energy savings compared to any conventional home. A true achievement.

Siber's dual-flow mechanical ventilation systems with energy recovery units are key to reaching this level of efficiency and thus environmental sustainability.

Evolution of Renovated Spaces

Traditional Home

  1. Stuffy environment
  2. Standard insulation according to regulations

Spot ventilation by opening windows. High temperature loss and drafts.

Renovated Home Without Ventilation

  1. Stuffy environment
  1. High-efficiency insulation on façades, floors, and ceilings. Airtight envelope.
  2. Radiant floor heating with its own additional insulation.

Better thermal insulation, retention of the user-generated comfort environment inside. Retention of moisture, CO₂ and pollutants generated by users. Risk of humidity, mold, and poor air quality.

Renovated Home With Ventilation

  1. Healthy environment 24h
  2. High-efficiency insulation on façades, floors, and ceilings. Airtight envelope. Radiant floor heating with its own additional insulation and an efficient, healthy, and comfortable ventilation system.

Permanent ventilation without needing to open windows, maintaining the comfort temperature set by the user, thus allowing high energy efficiency in the home.

Fresh outdoor air enters through the ventilation system, creating a healthy and comfortable environment.

Available Grants

Existing Building Logbook

This brief summary aims to outline the key points related to ventilation and specifically to buildings to be renovated, both single-family homes and multi-family dwellings.

What is the Existing Building Logbook?

It is a tool for communities to understand the current condition of their building, as well as the improvement potential by taking advantage of currently available aid (grants, national and European plans).

Can I benefit from any grant?

As indicated in the existing building guide, there are grants, but to access them, the type of system and installation must be considered to determine eligibility. For more information, check with your local authority.

Next Generation Funds

Following the approval of the new aid program for residential and social housing under the Government’s Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, regional governments offer grants to promote renewable energy sources related to self-consumption and storage, as well as the implementation of efficient energy systems.

This means direct financial aid and great savings when installing Siber ventilation systems.

Check how to access the different grants:
