Project Details

Block of 10 homes, located in the "San Roque" development in San Sebastián, rehabilitated under the Passivhaus standard.

This is a building constructed in 1953. The façades were in their original state, with no external intervention having been carried out except for the installation of various facilities. The roof was completely renovated in 1994.

Numerous pathologies were detected, such as interior and exterior dampness, cracks and lack of drainage. To address these issues, a series of improvements have been decided upon, replacing the exterior carpentry with high-performance PVC with an 86mm profile, placing SATE (External Thermal Insulation System) with a thickness of 12cm, and installing a forced double-flow ventilation system within the homes.
