General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter also "GTC") govern online purchases of Siberzone products made by any natural person considered a consumer (hereinafter the "CLIENT")—that is, a natural person entering into a contract to satisfy everyday needs outside of a business, commercial, professional, or trade activity (as provided in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws)—on the e-commerce website https://www.siberzone.es

In the case of professional buyers, that is, those who do not purchase products for personal use but for resale, they can contact us directly via email at pedidos@siberzone.esor by calling 938616261. The seller reserves the right not to process online orders for items that are not purchased by a consumer as defined above.

In accordance with Article 27 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the buyer is informed that these general terms and conditions detail the procedures for concluding a purchase contract for items offered for online sale and that also:

1. SIBER will archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalized, and it will be accessible to the consumer and sent with the order confirmation email. For any questions, contact us at pedidos@siberzone.es

3. The contract can be formalized in Spanish , without prejudice to any mandatory linguistic rights that may apply within the Spanish state.

Before concluding the purchase contract, the CLIENT will be aware of the characteristics of the products as shown on the individual product sheets. Before the contract is concluded and the order is sent, the CLIENT will also be informed about:

• Seller identification
• Total price of goods, including taxes, shipping costs, and other charges
• Payment methods
• Delivery time commitment
• Terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (Article 7)
• Existence of a legal guarantee of conformity (Article 8)
• Post-sale service and warranty conditions

The availability of the products indicated on the Site refers to their actual availability at the time the CLIENT places the order. However, this availability is indicative, as due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the Site, the Products may be purchased by other CLIENTS before the order is confirmed.

If the products in the order are unavailable due to circumstances beyond Siber Zone’s control, the order will be automatically corrected by removing the unavailable product.

The CLIENT accessing the localized Site may view and purchase the available Products.

All sale prices of the products listed on the Site are expressed in local currency (Euros €) excluding 21% VAT and shipping costs.

All prices in our online store may be subject to change. All offers are valid until the indicated date or while stocks last.

Shipping costs and taxes are not included in the Product price but are specified and calculated during the checkout process, before payment, so the consumer is fully informed of all financial obligations arising from the transaction.

Payments are processed via Bankinter’s payment gateway, and once payment confirmation is received, the purchase will be shipped.

Siberzone.es only delivers within Spanish territory (mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when items are added to the shopping cart.

Depending on the area and weight of the purchase, the established shipping cost is:

• Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) - €7

Delivery will take approximately 2 business days , barring force majeure, from the order confirmation by Siber Zone.

According to applicable law, the CLIENT has the right to withdraw from their purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of product receipt.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CLIENT may notify us via a simple email to pedidos@siberzone.esor any other clear statement submitted by any legally accepted method. Siber Zone will respond to this communication within 24–48 working hours.

Once withdrawal is declared, the CLIENT must return the product within 14 calendar days. The response time from Siber Zone is not counted in this period. The return must be authorized first.

Return shipping costs are borne by Siber Zone, which will provide the CLIENT with a prepaid shipping label.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and complete with all parts (including price tag, packaging materials, documentation, and accessories).

Siber Zone will refund the product amount within 14 calendar days, reserving the right to verify compliance with the above conditions.

If the returned products show signs of wear, damage, or missing elements, the CLIENT will be liable for the depreciation, and the refund will reflect the residual value.

According to Article 107.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Siber Zone may withhold the refund until it receives the goods or the CLIENT provides proof of return via the prepaid label—whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the CLIENT during purchase.

Under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the Seller guarantees that the Products are free from design and material defects and conform to descriptions on the Website for a period of two (2) years from the delivery date.

Upon receiving the product, the CLIENT must inspect it as soon as possible and report any defects within two (2) months of detection by emailing pedidos@siberzone.esand providing a detailed description, at least one photo, and order confirmation or purchase proof.

Failure to meet this two-month period does not void the CLIENT’s warranty rights, but the CLIENT is liable for damages due to delayed communication.

Within 24-48 working hours of receiving the report, Siber Zone will evaluate the issue and authorize a return if appropriate, confirming via email.

Return authorization does not imply recognition of defect or non-conformity. Products will be inspected by Siber Zone’s quality department. If not covered by warranty, return and shipping costs are borne by the CLIENT.

Authorized returns must include the authorization email and be sent within 30 days via the prepaid label provided by Siber Zone.

The warranty is void in cases of misuse, improper or malicious handling, or failure to follow product specifications or instructions.

Siber Zone shall not be liable for disruptions due to force majeure or unforeseen events, including internet malfunction, preventing timely delivery as outlined in these GTC. However, CLIENT rights under the law remain unaffected.

If withdrawal or warranty rights are not legally valid (Articles 7 and 8), and the return is rejected, the CLIENT must recover the item at their own expense within 30 calendar days.

These General Terms of Sale are subject to the law of the country from which the user connects. Consumer rights under mandatory provisions of the applicable local law shall prevail and are not affected.

However, Siber Zone only supplies products and orders within Spanish territory (mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).

Any disputes not amicably resolved shall be submitted to the competent court of the user's location. As a consumer, the CLIENT may also bring proceedings in the EU Member State of their residence or domicile.

The consumer may also opt for any legally provided mediation procedures to resolve disputes arising from the interpretation and/or execution of these Terms of Sale.

Products are sold under the characteristics described on the Site and the GTC in effect at the time the CLIENT places the order, excluding any other terms or conditions.

Siber Zone reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time, without prior notice. All changes will take effect from the date of publication on siberzone.es and will apply only to sales made thereafter.

Prices, products for sale on the Site, and their characteristics may change without notice. Before sending the order, the CLIENT will always be informed of the final sale price.

These General Terms of Sale comprise the full agreement. If any clause is declared invalid or null by law, regulation, or competent authority, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
