WINTER: PREHEATING SYSTEM The new air enters preheated in winter thanks to the high-efficiency exchanger (92% recovery). If it is 5° outside and 20°C inside, the new air can enter at 19°C.

SUMMER: NATURAL COOLING SYSTEM The Double Flow VMC automatically adapts to variations in outside temperature. In summer, versions with bypass allow nighttime cool air to enter to naturally cool the dwelling (previously filtered). In summer, if it is 30°C outside and 21°C inside, the new air can enter at 22°C.

Multi-family buildings

For multi-family buildings, there is the possibility of installing a centralized system. It is a ventilation system that consists of two collective exhausts on the roof (one supply group to blow the new air from outside into bedrooms and living rooms, and one extraction group to expel the stale air from kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets). Each dwelling has its own heat recuperator, which allows for the recovery of up to 90% of the heat from the extracted air thanks to the high-performance cross-flow exchanger.
