The Website may provide access to numerous texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions, and information (hereinafter, “Contents”) owned by SIBER ZONE or third parties to which the User may have access.

The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Website. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access the Contents and services provided by the Website.

The User agrees to make appropriate use of the Contents and services offered through the Website and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to (i) engage in illicit, illegal, or contrary to good faith and public order activities; (ii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of SIBER ZONE, its suppliers, or third parties; (iii) introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damages.

Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12, approving the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law, as well as Law 17/2001 of December 7 on Trademarks, and supplementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication, including the provision mode, or any other exploitation and/or modification of all or part of the Contents of the Website, without the prior express authorization of SIBER ZONE, is prohibited.

The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms of this legal notice, as well as any issue related to the services of this portal, shall be Spanish law.
